1. Using MiraHue
MiraHue offers personal-colour exploration, photo-based observations, recommended colours and virtual colour try-on on compatible iPhone and iPad devices. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and having any authorization required under the law that applies to you. If you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the app or purchase a subscription, obtain it first.
The downloadable app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different applicable license is provided with it. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace Apple's terms for the App Store or purchases.
2. Colour results and their limits
Results describe supported observations from the photo you provide. Lighting, camera processing, filters, makeup, dyed hair, pose, occlusion and display settings can change the result. A recommendation is a styling suggestion; it is not a guaranteed determination of natural undertone, a definitive seasonal classification or a promise that a colour will suit everyone.
MiraHue is not a medical, diagnostic or treatment service. It does not assess health, identity, ethnicity, age, gender or attractiveness. Do not rely on its output for medical or safety decisions.
Virtual changes to hair, iris, lips, eyeshadow, blush or clothing are digital simulations. Available regions depend on the photo and analysis. A preview does not guarantee the appearance, safety, suitability or performance of hair dyes, cosmetics, contact lenses, fabrics or other physical products. Follow the relevant product and professional guidance when choosing or using them.
3. Your photos and other content
You retain your rights in the photos and other content you provide. Only use content you own or have permission to process, including the necessary permission from people pictured. Do not use MiraHue to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate someone, harass others or create unlawful content.
You authorize the processing, local storage, private iCloud synchronization and exports needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your photos to Grey or give us permission to publish them, advertise with them or use them to train models.
You decide whether and where to share an exported report. Review it before sharing because it may include the original portrait and personal colour observations.
5. Subscriptions, billing and introductory offers
Premium is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods and introductory terms are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase confirmation. Review those details before subscribing. Weekly and annual plans, where available, provide the same Premium entitlement for their respective billing periods.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Apple charges the Apple Account used for the purchase according to the confirmed plan and Apple's applicable billing terms. A trial or introductory discount, when offered and when you are eligible, changes to the stated regular subscription price when the introductory period ends unless you cancel in time.
Introductory eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on prior subscriptions within the subscription group. Do not assume that reinstalling MiraHue, changing plans or restoring purchases creates a new trial. Price or plan changes are handled with the notices and any consent required by Apple and applicable law.
6. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings. To avoid a trial or discounted offer renewing, Apple instructs you to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation timing and access may differ by region or offer; follow the details Apple shows for your subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Deleting the app, deleting projects or emailing support does not cancel your Apple subscription. Use Restore Purchases in MiraHue with the Apple Account that made the purchase to ask Apple to restore eligible access. Restoring purchases is separate from restoring projects through iCloud.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, subject to eligibility and applicable consumer law. See Apple's refund instructions. We cannot promise a refund or override Apple's transaction status. A refund or revocation can end the associated Premium access.
7. Storage, iCloud and availability
Analysis and rendering run on your device. Durable projects are stored locally and synchronize to your private iCloud when that service is available. Connectivity, Apple Account status, storage limits, device compatibility or service interruptions can delay or prevent synchronization, restoration or purchase verification.
Check synchronization status before removing local content, uninstalling the app or changing devices. Content that has not synchronized may be lost if its only local copy is removed. Deleting the app does not itself delete an existing private iCloud copy; Delete Everywhere requests cloud deletion and may need connectivity and time to complete.
Copies in your photo library, exported files and device or computer backups remain subject to their own storage and deletion controls. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or recover content when no accessible copy remains. These limits do not remove any rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
8. App and website materials
MiraHue's software, branding, website design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Your use does not transfer ownership of those materials to you, and our rights do not extend to ownership of your photos.
Do not copy or redistribute protected app or website materials without permission, bypass access controls or interfere with the app's or website's operation, except where an applicable license or law permits the activity.
9. Your legal rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right, statutory warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable law and the relevant Apple license or purchase terms continue to govern where required.
We may update MiraHue, its website and these terms to reflect changes in features, services or applicable requirements. Updated terms will show their update date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain agreement when required. A change does not retrospectively remove rights you already have for an existing purchase.
